Vendor name change: a note for finance teams

Effective Monday, July 20, 2026, our product and billing name changes from HelpYouSponsor to Gratona. This note covers everything a finance team needs for vendor records. Nothing is required of you beyond updating the vendor name.

Same legal entity. This is a trade name change only: nothing about who you contract with or pay changes, and no W-9 or EIN paperwork is involved in this change.

Plan and billing

Nothing changes about your plan, price, billing cycle, or payment method on file.

Invoices

Invoices dated on or after July 20, 2026 read Gratona instead of HelpYouSponsor. Invoices issued under the HelpYouSponsor name remain valid for your records and do not need to be reissued.

Card and bank statements

Subscription charges read GRATONA (HYS) through October 31, 2026, then simply GRATONA.

Email addresses

Our existing billing and support addresses keep working and forward to the new ones: [email protected] and [email protected].

Web addresses

helpyousponsor.com and gratona.com both open the same platform. Neither address redirects and neither expires.
