Launch is for one team, one entity, and one primary workflow. Growth is for teams running multiple programs. Scale adds cross-program reporting, advanced automation, deeper integrations, and implementation support. Network is for multi-entity and partner ecosystems that need shared infrastructure and governance.

Are plans priced by users, contacts, or fundraising revenue?

Gratona does not use seat count or fundraising revenue as the primary pricing meter, and every plan includes unlimited users. Contact volume alone does not determine the plan. Program modules, workflow complexity, integrations, implementation, governance, and organizational structure do. Exceptionally high data or external-account volume is scoped directly.

What is included in the platform price?

Every plan includes unlimited users and Gratona’s connected CRM and fundraising foundation: donor, household, and organization records, giving, campaigns, forms, tasks, stewardship, standard reports, imports, permissions, and audit history. Program modules, support, integrations, implementation, and governance expand by plan. Standard plans also include the monthly AI credits shown on each pricing card.

How do AI credits work?

AI credits are one shared monthly allowance for Tali and Donor Intelligence. Different actions use different amounts based on the work required. The allowance shown on your plan is included in its price, and additional capacity is optional and can be added without changing your platform plan.

What does migration and implementation involve?

Launch and Growth use guided onboarding, Scale includes implementation support, and Network receives a custom rollout plan. Before migration, we document source systems, data quality, recurring payments, integrations, validation ownership, and cutover requirements so your team knows what will move, how it will be verified, and who owns each step.

Can Gratona work with our current payment processor, accounting system, and other tools?

Yes, depending on the provider and plan. Every plan supports standard imports, exports, and integrations. Read API access begins with Growth; API writes, webhooks, and advanced two-way accounting workflows begin with Scale; custom and multi-entity integrations are scoped under Network. Existing payment and accounting workflows are reviewed before cutover.

Which Gratona modules are available today?

Gratona’s connected CRM and fundraising foundation, Sponsorships, Events, Mission Trips, communications, Journeys, and Donor Intelligence are available, with plan availability shown in the comparison table. Gratona Grants is in private beta, as is Impact Stories; Scale and Network access is confirmed during the demo. Dues, renewals and member benefits are available through customizable forms and programs. The dedicated Memberships module and Volunteer Management are on the roadmap.

When should an organization choose Network?

Network is designed for denominations, federations, foundations, membership organizations, multi-entity nonprofits, and partner networks that need shared data with local control. It is custom-scoped around an organization-branded mobile app, multi-entity hierarchy and rollups, delegated access, identity and security requirements, partner workspaces, external accounts, integrations, infrastructure, and SLAs. Advanced grantmaking is in private beta, with access and current scope confirmed separately. Final Network scope is documented before contracting.
