HelpYouSponsor is becoming Gratona

The name
What’s happening?
On Monday, July 20, our name changes from HelpYouSponsor to Gratona. That’s it. The company, the team, the product, and your account all continue exactly as they are.
Why change the name?
When we started, child sponsorship was the center of what we built, and the name said exactly that. Over the years you trusted us with more: donor relationships, events, teams, reporting, follow-up, the daily work of caring for people well. The product grew, and the name is growing with it.
Gratona comes from gratus, Latin for grateful. Gratitude is where stewardship begins, and stewardship is the heart of the work you do every day. There’s grace in its roots, too. That felt right.
Were you acquired? Is something wrong?
No. No acquisition, no new owners, no one new in charge, and no change in direction. This is the same team choosing a name big enough for the mission. If anything, the opposite of something being wrong: July 20 is also the biggest product launch in our history.
Is my contract changing?

Your account
Do I need to do anything?
No. Nothing to update, confirm, migrate, or click. If you never read any of this, everything would still work perfectly on July 20. That’s how we designed it.
Will my login change?
No. Same email, same password, same account, same data.
Which web address should I use?
Either one. helpyousponsor.com keeps working (your bookmarks and saved links stay good) and gratona.com opens the same platform. Two doors, one home. Nothing redirects, nothing expires, and there’s no deadline to switch.
Will the product look different on July 20?
Your workflows, data, and settings stay exactly where they are. You’ll see new tools appear (every one an addition, none a replacement) plus refinements like a modernized sidebar and a redesigned Programs Dashboard. Everything you rely on keeps working, and nothing is removed.
Your donors
Will my donors notice anything?
Essentially nothing. Gifts flow through your own payment provider, same as always. Our name has never appeared on your donors’ statements or receipts, so there’s nothing there to change. Giving pages, donor portals, and recurring gifts continue untouched.
What about the “powered by HelpYouSponsor” badge?
The small badge on campaign pages becomes “powered by Gratona.” That is the entire donor-facing change.
Will recurring gifts or sponsorships be interrupted?
No. Nothing about how gifts are processed changes: no cards re-entered, no gifts re-authorized, no interruptions.
Forms, integrations, and email
Do my website forms, embeds, and integrations keep working?
Yes, untouched. No code to update, no keys to rotate, nothing to re-connect.
Will your emails come from a new address?
For now, our emails still come from our existing helpyousponsor.com addresses, with the sender name “Gratona (formerly HelpYouSponsor)” so you can recognize us at a glance. If our sending addresses ever move to gratona.com, we’ll tell you before it happens.
How do I know this is really you and not a scam?
Good instinct: a name-change email is exactly the kind of thing worth double-checking. Notice that nothing we’ve sent asks you to click a login link, confirm a password, or update payment details. The surest check: log in the way you always do, and you’ll see this same announcement inside your dashboard.
Billing
Does my plan or price change?
No. Same plan, same price, same billing cycle, same payment method on file.
What changes on invoices and statements?
From July 20, our invoices to you read Gratona instead of HelpYouSponsor. Your card or bank statement for your subscription will show GRATONA (HYS) during the transition, then simply GRATONA. What’s launching July 20
Alongside the new name, we’re shipping the biggest set of new tools in our history: the Stewardship Hub, Journeys, Timeline, Events, Pulse, Caseloads, Tasks, Briefings, Notifications, and Guided Setup, every one an addition to the product you know. You’ll see everything in your account the morning of the 20th.
And on Friday, July 24 at 1pm ET, we’re walking through all of it live. Thirty minutes. A real account. Every question welcome, including every question about the new name.
