Account Information
Use Account Information when you need to keep your organization's public details, account defaults, and donor-facing identity current. In the admin app, this page is now called Organization profile and lives under Organization Settings at /admin-options/organization/settings/profile.
Open Organization settings from the account menu when you need to update account-wide profile details.
Open Organization Profile
Use Organization profile when the details should apply to the whole organization, not only to your personal admin profile.
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
Select Organization settings.
Select Organization profile.
Organization profile is the current Account Information surface inside Organization settings.
Update Organization Details
Use these fields when your organization name, contact information, website, or logo changes.
Review the read-only account identifiers before editing the form.
Update the fields that should change.
Select Update when the form is ready.
The Client ID is read-only. Use it when Gratona support asks you to identify the account.
The BCC Email Address is also read-only. Use the Copy button when you want to BCC outgoing email and automatically log that email as an activity in Gratona.
The top of Organization profile includes read-only account identifiers and editable organization contact fields.
You can update:
Organization Name: the name used for the account and public-facing organization identity.
Email: the organization email address stored on the account.
Organization Phone Number: the dial code and phone number for the organization.
Website: the organization's website. This must be a valid URL.
Logo: the organization logo used in Gratona account branding. The upload control supports PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF images.
Set Account Defaults
Use the account defaults before your team starts collecting donations or building public workflows. These values affect how information appears across the account.
Logo, base currency, date format, and timezone control account-wide display and donation defaults.
Base Currency sets the currency used for donations and payment processing. Choose this before accepting donations. After the account has donations, the base currency field is disabled so existing donation records keep their original currency context.
Date Format controls the default format used when dates are shown in the admin experience.
Timezone controls the account-wide timezone used for date handling and admin display defaults.
Save or Reset Changes
Use Reset when you want to discard unsaved edits and restore the form to the last saved account values.
Use Update when the current values are ready to save. Gratona validates required account fields before saving. For example, the website must be a valid URL. After a successful save, the page shows a Profile updated success message.
Review Payment Processing
If Stripe is configured for the account, Organization profile may show a Payment Processing note. Use that note as a reminder to review connected services in Integrations or provider details and webhooks in Payment gateways when payment setup needs attention.
