How do I export all the data in my account?
Use this guide when you need to export donor, recipient, donation, or sponsorship records from the pages where you work with that data. Each page has an Export / Import dropdown that lets you download a CSV of the current view or send the export by email.
Note: Exports include the data that matches the current table view — visible columns, active filters, search terms, sorting, and the selected date range (where applicable). Adjust the view before exporting so the CSV contains the records and columns you need.
Donors
Open Donors from the sidebar.
Choose the donor view or saved view that contains the donors you want to export.
Click Export / Import and select your option:
Current page CSV — downloads the rows currently shown on the page.
All as CSV — starts a background export of all donors matching the current view and downloads the file when ready.
All sent to email — starts a background export and emails a download link to the signed-in admin.
The Export / Import dropdown on the Donors page offers Current page CSV, All as CSV, and All sent to email options.
For the full donor table workflow, see Donors Table.
Recipients
Open Programs from the sidebar, then select the program whose recipients you want to export.
Choose the recipient view or saved view.
Click Export / Import and select your option:
Current page CSV
All as CSV
All sent to email

For the full recipient table workflow, see Recipients Table.
Donations
Open Donations from the sidebar.
Choose the donation view (Donations, Refunds, Failed, or Soft Credits), the donor form or saved view, and the date range.
Click Export / Import and select your option.
The Export / Import dropdown on the Donations page exports the current donation view, filters, and date range.
For the full donation table workflow, see Donations Table.
Sponsorships
Open Sponsorships from the sidebar.
Choose the program or saved view that contains the sponsorships you want to export.
Click Export / Import and select your option.
The Export / Import dropdown on the Sponsorships page exports sponsorship relationships.
For the full sponsorship table workflow, see Sponsorships Table.
How exports work
All server-side exports ( All as CSV and All sent to email ) are processed in the background so you can continue working. A progress section appears at the top of the page showing the current status: Queued → Processing → Ready (or Failed if something goes wrong).
The export progress section shows the current status and provides a download button when the export is ready.
When the export is ready:
All as CSV starts a direct download automatically.
All sent to email sends an email with a download link to the signed-in admin's email address.
What is included in the export
The exported CSV reflects the current table view:
Columns — only the fields you have chosen to show in the table are included.
Filters — active filters are applied, so only matching records are exported.
Search — the current search term is respected.
Sorting — records follow the current sort order (where supported).
Date range — donations and other date-filtered views use the selected range.
Email delivery
The All sent to email option delivers the export to the signed-in admin's email address. An organization can turn export completion emails on or off from Email & sender in Organization settings. When turned off, only the All as CSV option is available. See Email Settings for details.
Permissions
Your role controls whether you can see and use the Export / Import dropdown. Export access can be permission-gated per data type. If you do not see the export options described here, ask an administrator to review your permissions.
