Review attendance history and follow up on exceptions
Updated 4 weeks ago
Review a student's or participant's attendance history and work the follow-up queue to resolve enrollment and profile exceptions. Opening a recipient's history and the follow-up queue requires any participation permission (view, record, submit, or configure) plus access to the program.
Open Programs > Recipients, choose the program, then open the Attendance & enrollment tab (or Participation).
Review a recipient's history
Open a recipient from the register or the follow-up queue to view the Attendance & enrollment history drawer. It shows whether the profile is ready (Profile ready or Profile needs details), the Current school & class, the Enrollment status, Last verified and Last present dates, Evidence, Unresolved checks, an Evidence timeline, and a School & class history. When no evidence exists, the drawer shows No submitted attendance evidence yet.
Work the follow-up queue
Select Action queue to expand the queue, then Review queue → to open it. The queue is headed Participation follow-up and lists Students whose enrollment or profile still needs attention, ordered by urgency, with a count such as 3 open.
For an item that has no existing follow-up and a submitted check, select Create follow-up to create a follow-up task. Creating a follow-up requires the record, submit, or configure participation permission. When the queue is empty, it shows No participation follow-up and Submitted evidence and recipient profiles have no outstanding items in your access scope.
