Report on attendance and enrollment

Report on attendance and enrollment from ready-made participation templates or by adding participation fields to a general recipient report. Participation report templates appear only for a recipient program with participation enabled, and require the view or manage reports permission.
Open Reports > Report templates. Select the Recipients category and choose the program scope to see the participation templates. The templates appear only when the program has participation enabled.
Participation report templates
Template | What it shows |

Sponsored students not verified | Sponsored recipients without confirmed enrollment evidence in the current period. |
Unresolved enrollment | Recipients whose latest submitted checks still need an enrollment decision. |
New students with incomplete profiles | Recipients added in the current period who still need required profile details. |
Transfers, withdrawals, and graduations | Placement transitions recorded in the current period. |
Check completion by school and class | Current check status for each expected recipient, by school and class. |
General programs show the same templates with general terminology, such as Locations and groups instead of school and class.
Participation fields in general reports
Build a general recipient report and add participation fields, including Current Location, Current Group, Program Status, Last Verified, Last Seen, Verification Source, Unresolved Checks, Open Follow-up, Current Participation Period, Verified in Current Period, New in Current Period, Latest Program Transition, Latest Program Transition Date, Current Check Status, and Profile Readiness.
In exports, program status values appear as Active assignment, Active, Pending, Needs verification, Moved, Exited, Completed, Archived, or Not assigned. Verification sources include Official record, Direct observation, Staff confirmation, Participant or caregiver confirmation, Imported record, and Other evidence.
Operators restricted to selected sites or cohorts cannot use participation fields in general report execution, and those fields are removed from their exports.
