Use recipients and designations to track the people, projects, funds, or other areas of impact connected to a program or campaign.
A recipient is an individual or entity receiving support. A designation is a purpose, project, fund, or giving option that donors can support without requiring a one-to-one relationship.
Recipients and designations are flexible program records. They can support sponsorship programs, campaign projects, scholarships, missionaries, community initiatives, or other fundraising models.
What you can manage
Profiles and status: Keep names, descriptions, availability, and program-specific fields current.
Files and media: Store photos and documents with the relevant record.
Program relationships: Connect each recipient or designation to the program or campaign it belongs to.
Donor support: Review giving or commitments associated with the record when the program uses those relationships.
