HelpYouSponsor is now Gratona

We are pleased to share an important update: HelpYouSponsor is now Gratona.

Only our name is changing. You still work with the same team, use the same product and keep the same plan and pricing. Your login, data and donor giving experience continue as they do today. No action is required from you.

Gratona remains an independent company. We were not acquired and our leadership remains the same.

When we began, child sponsorship sat at the centre of what we built. Over the years, you trusted us to support more of your work, including donor relationships, recurring giving, events, teams, reporting and follow-up. Our platform grew beyond the HelpYouSponsor name.

Gratona comes from gratus, the Latin word for grateful. Gratitude is where stewardship begins, and stewardship sits at the heart of the work you do. Our new name reflects the platform we are building and the organisations we serve.

What you need to know

  • Both websites continue to work. You may use helpyousponsor.com or gratona.com. You can keep your current bookmark. There is no forced switch or expiration date.
  • Donor gifts continue through your payment provider. The Gratona name does not appear on donor bank statements or payment receipts unless you choose to include it in your own communications.
  • Your forms and integrations continue working. Your existing forms, embedded content and integrations require no updates. The small “Powered by HelpYouSponsor” badge now reads “Powered by Gratona.”
  • Your plan and pricing remain unchanged. Future invoices will display the Gratona name. You may share this notice with your finance or bookkeeping team:
    helpyousponsor.com/new-name/finance

There is no migration, cutover, downtime or system update for you to complete.

Your feedback continues to guide our work, and many of the improvements you requested are part of what comes next. We are also introducing new tools to help your team strengthen donor relationships and stewardship.
